Madame Fung's Dong Ding Oolong Tea
comes from the mountain region of Lugu Township, in Nantou County, Taiwan. The climate in this region is perennially misty and humid, and thus very favorable for growing Oolong tea. Dong Ding Oolong Tea leaf tips curl, taking the form of bands, dark green in color, with a strong aroma.  After they are brewed, the leaves have a yellow-green color and a bright, fragrant smell, a bit like the fragrance of the sweet-scented Asian Osmanthus flower. Dong Ding Oolong has a naturally sweet flavor with a refreshing taste.

Madame Fung's Pi Lo Chun Green Tea grown in the Eastern region of Taiwan in the Sanxia District, near New Taipei City. It is a non-fermented green tea with a unique fresh smell, smooth and big leaves. It is renowned for its delicate appearance, very natural fruity taste, floral aroma, and showy white tips on the leafs. Pi Lo Chun tea is green tea and should not be brewed at too hot of a temperature. The best temperature is between 158 - 176 Fahrenheit. If the water temperature too high, the tea will be prone to bitterness. Also, pour the hot water along the rim of the glass, not directly onto the leaves.
